We’ve all heard the phrase ‘United we stand, divided we fall.’ In today’s ever-evolving world, the difference between thriving and surviving is becoming a hot topic. In our personal lives, our family, friends and mentors form our team and community. Each member adding value to our lives in their unique way, helping us grow and become a better version of ourselves.
For brands, the founders, employees, customers, ambassadors, brand partners and fans form the team and community. The momentum of a business and its brand is determined by the team and community it’s supported by.
When the values, beliefs and mindsets of the people in your team or community aren’t aligned, friction is born and it’s the team and community culture that is affected.
