Marketing Is Life ~ Brand Work
Marketing Is Life
The old saying ‘Good things take time’, is more valid in today’s instant-gratification world than ever before.
“I decide, so I shall see it through.”Amit Anil
Deciding between decisions is always an exciting process personally and professionally. At a certain stage, it becomes an art form. The highlight of decision making is seeing the hypothesized outcome become a reality. Making it a true wonder of life.
To experience this wonder, however, our decisions demand commitment, patience, belief and completion. Patience is the operative word. Too often a decision to implement a plan is shortlived due to the lack of patience. The old saying ‘Good things take time’, is more valid in today’s instant-gratification world than ever before.
Deciding to start something at the thought of winning is always an easy and exciting one. But winning requires work, which isn’t sexy or fun. It demands pain and perseverance.
Many brands face this dilemma on a regular basis. With so many new techniques, hacks and quick-growth hype-studies, it’s all too easy to give up on the plan and try something new. Often too early to know whether it works or it doesn’t. Everything we know about business today is accredited to trial and error. There’s only one way to find out what works for your unique brand.
Even with the plethora of life coaches, motivational speakers and the endless number of videos on social media, people find it hard to stick to a plan they themselves were excited about and believed in at one point. When you make a thought out decision at any magnitude, respect yourself enough to see it through.
